The Boise Whitewater Park and City of Boise have received numerous inquiries regarding hosting regional, national and international events. Neighboring Kelly's Whitewater Park in Cascade, Idaho has hosted numerous high profile events, and athletic teams from those competitions have made it a point to stop in Boise to check on the status of the Boise Whitewater Park.

Currently, Phase I of the Boise Whitewater Park is regularly visited by dozens of whitewater, surfing  enthusiasts and others every day, with visitors from across the country and around the world. The completed Boise Whitewater Park will doubtlessly play host to events and demonstrations, drawing competitors from across the world to stay, shop and enjoy all Boise and Idaho have to offer.
